Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Executive with 2 to 7 years of experience in the Software, Technology, or Service industry, and at least 2 years of direct sales experience. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving sales across assigned territories, working both directly with clients and through reseller partnerships. The role focuses on IT solutions, including website development, app development, software development, digital marketing, tech staffing and international IT services.
Important Note: Shift timing 3 P.M to 12 A.M (WFO)
Key Responsibilities:
Drive direct sales efforts and manage sales through resellers within assigned regions or territories.
Focus on selling IT solutions such as website development, app development, software development, digital marketing, tech staffing and international IT services to new and existing clients.
Build and maintain a healthy sales funnel by identifying leads, nurturing prospects, and closing deals within specified targets.
Follow up on incoming leads, convert them into clients, and manage the client onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition and satisfaction.
Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets, driving revenue growth and ensuring consistent performance.
Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with clients and resellers to promote loyalty and repeat business.
Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to offer clients the best solutions and maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
2 to 6 years of experience in sales within the Software, Technology, or Service industry, with at least 2 years of direct sales experience in IT solutions.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, with experience in selling IT services such as website development, app development, software development, digital marketing, tech staffing and international IT services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage, negotiate, and build rapport with clients and partners.
Strong focus on results, with the ability to work towards and meet aggressive weekly and monthly sales goals.
Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and resellers to drive sales success
