Job Description:
We are looking for a Senior Power Management Firmware Developer with 6-12 years of hands-on experience in firmware development, specializing in power management. The ideal candidate should be proficient in C programming with a strong background in BIOS, UEFI, ACPI, and AGESA. This role requires a solid understanding of SoC power management (e.g., CPU/Device power states, hot-plug), along with experience in the firmware development and release process. Knowledge of platform BIOS development and version control using Git/Gerrit is essential, while experience with OS/Driver stack and software integration is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Design, develop, and maintain power management firmware for SoCs, focusing on BIOS, UEFI, ACPI, and AGESA.
2. Develop and manage platform BIOS with a focus on SoC power management features, such as CPU power states and device hot-plug functionality.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on firmware design, development, and release processes.
4. Leverage Git/Gerrit for version control, and ensure streamlined development and release processes.
5. Troubleshoot and debug firmware issues in a collaborative environment.

Requirements:
1. 6-12 years of experience in firmware development with a focus on power management.
2. Proficiency in C programming and strong BIOS/UEFI knowledge.
3. Expertise in ACPI and AGESA; familiarity with platform BIOS development.
4. Experience with SoC power management including CPU/device power states and hot-plug.
5. Working knowledge of Git/Gerrit for version control.
6. Experience in firmware development and release processes.
7. Bonus Skills: Understanding of OS/Driver stack and software integration.
