Roles and Responsibilities

Electrical & Electronics Maintenance with PLC Programing ( OMRON, Siemens, Schneider and Panasonic) and troubleshooting.

• Plan, prioritize, assign, supervise, review, and participate in maintenance of Mixer, Coating, Calendaring and Auto stacker and Lab equipment and DHU (1% to 10%) and AHU systems.
• Providing safe and timely mechanical and electrical support, Preventive maintenance, installation, service, repair, troubleshooting of Electrical equipment.
• Ensure downtime reduction by following Predictive maintenance, Preventive maintenance & Breakdown maintenances.
• Maintenance of critical spares & controlling spares inventory.
• Directs maintenance activities on Utility systems to provide continuous supply of Electric power, Generator and Air Compressor for operations.
