Head Gas Service Product Development (RC-IN SE SPEL GSPD)

• Execute governance within the assigned part of the organization collaborating locally and globally as needed according to country policy.

We don't need superheroes, just super minds

• masters degree in mechanical engineering or related branch, such as aeronautical, aerospace, civil or naval engineering.
• Comprehensive (deep and broad) professional know-how and experience in Engineering / R&D, preferably in Energy related product design and development, coupled with a sound theoretical foundation.
• Seasoned (10+ years) leadership and management abilities with international exposure.
• Well established in external and internal management and professional networks ideally in the Energy Engineering / R&D domain.
• Willingness to challenge the status quo in an open and trustful manner to continuously improve.
