Job Description
- Minimum experience: 10 years (minimum 5years in Wastewater Treatment Chemical Industry) PMP Certification is Plus
- Education: Graduate engineering Electrical / Mechanical/ Chemical from a recognised university
- Project Planning and Execution : Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets. Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Team Coordination : Lead and coordinate project teams, including internal staff and external contractors. Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members.
- Stakeholder Management : Liaise with clients, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are managed.
- Quality Assurance : Implement and monitor quality control processes to ensure project deliveries meet industry standards and client specifications. Developing and implementing policies, procedures, plans, and programs for quality, health, safety, and environment management and improvement.
- Risk Management : Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively address issues that may impact project success.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and clients. Maintain accurate project documentation.
- Compliance : Ensure all projects comply with relevant environmental, health, and safety regulations.
- Service : Implement support after service team for continuous plant operation maintenance.
- Providing technical advice and support to the engineering teams and other stakeholders on the best practices and methods for quality, health, safety, and environment.
BASIC SKILLS:
- Knowledge on reading understanding drawing like PFDs, PID , Electrical Drawings structural works.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of water treatment processes, technologies, and industry regulations.
Preferred Attributes:
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members
