Territory Manager ( Retail Sales) @ Ahmedabad

Main Purpose : Appointment of new customer/franchisee/sub franchisee and expansion of existing Franchisee Business

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

• Retail Sales/ Direct Sales Management
• Network/ Channel Management- Dealer /Distributor network.
• Appointment of New Franchisee/ Sub Franchisee/ End Customer.
• Good Analytical skills.
• Supports and motivates team members for achieving/retaining our LPG Sales, ensuring payment /form collection.
• Ensuring Safety compliances as per Company & Statutory norms.
• PJP plans for delivery of cylinders to maximise ROI for franchisees.
• Conduct Market Survey to identify both new markets & customers.
• Pricing and ensuring realization as per Year Plan.
• Financially Motivates channel partners by providing suitable incentives in line with their business performance.
• Account Reconciliation of the franchisee.
• Close monitoring of competitors activities.
• Cylinders recovery, its planning and implementation.
• Revival of lost customers.
• Educating customers on cylinders handling and health.
• Stock/ Inventory management for franchisee.
• Coordinating with PESO for Godown approval & Licensing. Including making of plans by PESO approved Engineers.
• Conducting Safety & Business Training for Franchisees/Sub Franchisee.
• Conducting Safety Training for Commercial, HORECA & Industrial Customers.
• Knowledge of Gujrat & Rajasthan
• Knowledge about GST calculations.
• Knowledge of Market Scanning & cold call activity.
• Lead Generation activity

Qualification & Competencies:

• MBA in Sales & Marketing with 5 8 years experience.
• Work experience in FMCG/ Paints / Tyres/ Lubricants/ Alternative Energy would be preferable
• Own Car for conveyance and mobility in the Market is must
• Good computer knowledge

External : Franchisee , Sub Franchisees & Commercial /HORECA/ Industrial Customers
