Customer Engagement Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Make welcome calls to all booked customers, mention the key USPs about referral program and seek direct visit appointments to brief about the referral program.
• Ensure periodic and effective calls with customers, address their doubts and concerns regarding referrals promptly and connect them to CRM/Sales team for purchase related queries.
• Meet all booked customers on the day of booking at site and seek referral leads by explaining the benefits of loyalty program and generate concurrent leads from them.
• Call the concurrent leads received from booked customers, explain about the new project and timely sales offers, create interest and drive site visits.
• Update customer records and interactions in SFDC, maintain accurate and updated information on the call outcomes/customer response.
• Make monthly engagement calls to referrers and update them on regional events, project details, enquire about prospects and stay connected with them.
• Prospect potential corporate clients through LinkedIn, direct meetings, networking, etc.
• Gather and maintain a database of interested or potential corporate customers and plan relevant activities to create brand awareness and generate leads.
• Participate in exhibitions and events pertaining to corporates to source prospective customers.
• Coordinate with internal teams (closing, marketing, CRM) to provide seamless customer experience.

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum Graduation.
