Collection Officer

Role & responsibilities

*Responsible for recovering outstanding debts from delinquent accounts through effective communication and negotiation.

* Meeting and calling customers to collect overdue payment

*Reconciliation of account statement with customers

*Preparing collection targets and reporting to management

* Liasoning with legal dept/ lawyers/ police personnel for cases filed against customers and other parties

Preferred candidate profile

*Strong communication and negotiation skills

*Experience in collections or debt recovery preferred

*Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally

*Proficient in MS Office

*Multilingual - regional language knowledge Kannada and Tamil

*Willingness to travel a must
