We are hiring for one of the Leading General Insurance Company
Position : Channel Sales Manager
Vertical : HealthAgency
Agency (Health Insurance)
Package : FIXED CTC +incentives
Location :- Gujarat(Ahmedabad)
Qualification :- Any Graduate
Type of position - Full Time
Experience - Minimum 1 Year(Any Insurance Sales)
Industry preferred :- Any Sales
Job Reponsbilities:-
1. Manage the daily activity of producers to ensure strong pipeline.
2. Coach and guide to cross sell and grow the business
3. Make individual agents grow at least 20% for every year
4. Ensuring IRDA compliance regarding licensing and commission payments of agents
5. Responsible for ensuring quality of applications
6. Support/guide the producers in all activities related to policy services
7. Train agents on products, process and USP's of Co.
8. Responsible for Achieving overall Gross Written Premium
9. Responsible for sustainable Profitability
10. To maintain the Hygiene
11. Recruitment and retention of agents
12. Responsible for Activation
