Front Office Executive (Invoice & Billing)

Job Description:

• Invoice Generation: Prepare, generate and verify invoices accurately based on Contracts/ Work Order & Purchase order.
• Coordinate with Other State Customers: Communicating and Coordinating with customers from local and other states throughout the process.
• Attend Mail: Respond to emails regarding budgetary offers and other queries.
• Quote Preparation: Prepare and send quotations based on enquires.
• Invoice Dispatch: Distribute invoices to customers - softcopy via email & hardcopy through courier by ensuring timely delivery and receipt.
• Payment Follow-up: Monitor incoming payments, reconcile payment against invoices, follow- up on outstanding balances and overdue invoices.
• Documentation: Undertaking manual entry and documentation for Quotation, Purchase Order/Work Order and Invoices.
• Other Works: Any other assignment given by the management.

Preferred candidate profile:

• B.Com / BBA
• Any Degree

Salary : 15,000 to 18,000 (Based on Skills & Experience)

Fresher or 1 - 3 years Experience
