Purpose of the Role:
- Oversee inventory management and distribution of beauty products across different locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warehouse Operations Management: Managing warehouse activities related to beauty products, ensuring everything runs efficiently.
- Adherence to Service Levels: Ensuring that the warehouse operations meet predefined service levels for quality, accuracy, and timeliness.
- Stakeholder Management: Engaging with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and alignment with objectives.
- Inventory Management: Managing stock levels, ensuring availability, and maintaining proper stock flow to avoid shortages or overstocking.
- Distribution Management: Overseeing the movement of products to various locations.
- Returns Management: Handling returned goods and ensuring proper processing.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: MBA in Supply Chain or Logistics (preferred).
- Work Experience: 4-10 years of experience in FMCG/Retail, especially with a focus on managing large product portfolios (multiple SKUs) and complex operations.
- Supply Chain Knowledge: Familiarity with demand and supply planning.
- Warehouse Operations: Experience managing large warehouses and related operations.
- Tech-Savvy: Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and SAP.
- Communication & Excel Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, along with proficiency in Excel for data management.
- Travel: Willingness to travel within the country.
- Initiative: Proactive in identifying areas for improvement.
