Key Responsibilities:

• Perform surgeries including joint replacement, trauma surgery, and implant procedures with precision, ensuring the best possible outcomes for patients.
• Take part in hospital-wide quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety, care standards, and clinical outcomes.
• Provide comprehensive and high-quality patient care, ensuring satisfaction and positive clinical results in all orthopedic treatments.
• Collaborate closely with other medical professionals to develop effective, patient-centric treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring adherence to medical protocols and guidelines.
• Stay informed on the latest advancements in orthopedic surgery and treatment techniques to provide cutting-edge care.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Education:
• M.B.B.S degree from a recognized institution.
• Postgraduate qualification (MS in Orthopedics or DNB in Orthopedics).
• Experience:
• 2-4 years of experience as an Orthopedic Surgeon.
• Skills & Expertise:
• Strong knowledge of joint replacement surgeries, trauma surgery, and implants.
• In-depth understanding of orthopedic practices, procedures, and patient care protocols.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other medical professionals and staff.
• Language Requirement:
• Only Telugu-speaking professionals are required to effectively communicate with and serve the local community.
