Senior Manager/ Manager ( MEP)

Role & responsibilities

• Should have knowledge in electrical /HVAC /PHE / FPS/ELV works.
• Should able to understand the contract terms .
• Should have knowledge in MEP planning and preparation of schedules , sequence of activates .
• Understand the critical activates and follow up with various vendors for deliveries .
• Assist MEP manager for various follow ups and preparation of progress reports .
• Should able to extract the qtys from drawings .
• Should have knowledge in preparing of client bills and checking of subcontractor bills
• Preparation of reconciliation statements ( Client Vs Subcontractor )

Preferred candidate profile

• Candidate shall be B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical /Electrical discipline .
• Should have experience of 5-10 years in MEP coordination, execution and billing .
