Senior Manager - Dental

Shalby Tissue Bank, a pioneering initiative by Shalby Hospitals dedicated to advancing medical care through the banking of high-quality allografts.

As a Non-Profit Division, our Mission is to enhance patient outcomes by providing irradiated allogenic bone grafts specifically designed for orthopaedic surgeries and dental implant surgeries.

Role Description

• Develop and maintain relationships with dental professionals to promote tissue bank related dental products.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for dental clinics and specialists.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, regular visit to dental hospitals and referrals.
• Achieve or exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
• Provide technical support and guidance to dentists on the proper use of tissue bank related dental products.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products and advancements in implant technology.
• Attend dental trade shows, conferences, and workshops to represent the company and build brand awareness.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, customer service, and supply chain management) to improve client experience and product offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Dental/Medical Technology, Business, Marketing or a related field (preferred)
• Post-Graduation in Sales & Marketing
• Sales Acumen | Interpersonal Skills | Impressive Oral Communication | Multitasking | Team Player | Comfortable in travelling
