Overview

The Market Development team is the direct link to our customers, driving revenue through various sub-teams such as Renewals, HVM (High-Value Memberships), Hubs, and Retail Centres . While spread across locations, they are united by a singular goal What s the sale for today?

Role

We are looking for an exceptional B2C Sales Leader with strong people management skills and a track record of scaling high-performance sales teams. The incumbent will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and ensuring seamless execution of sales strategies across the South region .

This is a high-impact leadership role that requires strong business acumen, sales execution expertise, and the ability to build, mentor, and lead large inside sales teams . The role demands an individual who thrives in a fast-paced, result-driven environment while fostering a culture of excellence and high accountability.

What You Will Do in This Role
  • Lead & Scale: Own the business growth roadmap for the South region , driving revenue and market share expansion through strategic planning, execution, and quality focus .
  • Drive Sales Excellence: Set and monitor KPIs & revenue targets , ensuring consistent sales performance and pipeline conversion .
  • People Leadership: Manage and mentor a large team of inside sales professionals ; foster a high-energy, high-accountability culture.
  • Optimize Operations: Oversee daily operations, hiring, and training to build and maintain a best-in-class sales team.
  • Data-Driven Approach: Regularly report on sales forecasts, revenue trends, customer acquisition metrics, competitor insights, and market needs .
  • Stakeholder Management: Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer service teams to enhance the sales process and customer journey.
What You Should Have
  • 7 10 years of experience in inside sales, with a strong B2C focus
  • Proven experience managing and scaling large sales teams (40+ members)
  • Excellent people management & leadership skills with the ability to drive motivation and high performance
  • Strong analytical abilities & business acumen , with the ability to leverage data for decision-making
  • Prior experience in leading high-volume, outbound sales teams is a must
  • Language Requirement - Telugu is mandatory. Candidate must be proficient in at least one of the following languages: Tamil, Kannada, or Malayalam
  • Bilingual proficiency is a must for effective communication and engagement across the South region
