Tool & Die Maint Engg (Steel Wheels Manufacturing/Chennai/Jamshedpur)

Job Description:

• Responsible for the complete die maintenance activities in the shift
• Co-ordinating with production team for the production plans and ensuring the readiness of dies as per the plan
• Co-ordinating with the team members for the offline and online conversion of tools.
• Co-ordinating with the team members for the correction plans in the running models in the production
• Responsible for executing the preventive maintenance activities as per the PM plan
• Responsible for identifying the frequent issues and counter measure to be taken to reduce the same
• Maintaining the 5S in the department.
• Responsible for the complete die maintenance Assembly as per the Std and ensuring the Proper Die assembly
• Knowledge should be there for Press Tool Assembly, Clearance Setting, Die Matching etc
