Merative IT Operations team is seeking ServiceNow Administrator/Developer to manage and support an existing ServiceNow environment.
Provide support for the creation, maintenance, and debugging data integration and Discovery jobs/schedules.
Provide support in managing the ServiceNow environments (Dev, Test and Production).
Well versed in creating/modifying portal catalog items, workflows, flow designer flows, portal widgets, business rules, UI actions, UI policies, ACLs, etc
Provide ServiceNow Platform administration, configuration, and development following Agile processes and using industry best practices.
Provide and lead ServiceNow patching, upgrades, and applications deployments to ensure compliance with the current ServiceNow platform.
Performance day-to-day administration of the platform
Maintains the stability and usability of the platform across production and non-production environments.
Perform application maintenance to include performance monitoring and error identification and remediation.
Manage support for incidents.
Participate in upgrade planning and execution.
Manages instance security: user/group access, administration, access control lists. etc.
Responsible for data integrations such as Discovery or 3rd party solutions to enrich CI s in the CMDB
Determine which integration method(s) will be used, integration directionality, and attributes.
Participate in any data normalization required prior to being imported / inserted into ServiceNow.
Participate in platform, process, and integration testing.
Setup, maintain, and troubleshoot ServiceNow Discovery.
Basic Qualification:
At least 5+ years working on the ServiceNow.
Fundamental understanding of key technologies relevant to the ServiceNow integration solutions, including SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, SCP, and FTPS.
Experienced in ServiceNows ITSM, Service Portal, Discovery ITOM, Integration Hub or REST/SOAP Web Services, Security Incident Response modules.
Experience scripting in the ServiceNow platform using JavaScript (Business Rules, client scripts, UI actions, UI pages, AngularJS, Jelly, etc.).
Preferred Qualification:
Experience using agile/scrum methodology, leading scrum teams, and leading backlog grooming.
Knowledge of ITIL; ITIL certified preferred.
College degree (or equivalent) preferred, preferably in computer science or information technology.
Work Location:
Hybrid - between home office and Merative location (Hyderabad, Bangalore or Chennai).
