Job Responsibilities:Manager- IT

IT manager oversees a company's IT operations, systems, and infrastructure. Their responsibilities include



* Having indepth knowledge of Routing and Switching.

* Having INdepth knowledge of IP SUBNETTING.

* Indepth knowledge of cisco router and L3 switches along with Cisco propriotory protocols.

* Indepth knowledge of Firewall like Fortinet/Sophos with access policies.

* Deep underdstanding of NAT/PAT and DYNAMIC NAT.

* Undertanding of Failover/Loadbalancing/ SD-WAN

* Indpeth knowledge of VPN including IPSEC,SITE2SITE VPN.

* Knowledge and hands on of Network Monitoring tools like PRTG,ZABBIX etc.

Developing IT strategies: Contributing to the development and implementation of IT strategies

Ensuring security: Developing and implementing security policies and protocols, and regularly checking the system's security

* Improving network systems: Developing new network troubleshooting strategies, and creating strategies for upgrading network software

Analyzing technology needs: Analyzing the company's technology needs, and assessing opportunities for improvement

Reporting: Reporting information to senior management, such as annual budgets

* Vendor management inclding Telco and Hadrware SOlution provider.

* Dell Servers Management including iDRAC and Indepth knowledge of HArdware and Software RAID.
