Job Description
- Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Specialist with over 8 years of hands-on experience to join our dynamic team
- The ideal candidate will be an expert with a proven track record of managaing and supporting complex Citrix NetScaler ADCs environments
- Responsibilities:Manage and support Citrix virtualization solutions, including Citrix Virtual Applications Desktops, and Citrix Cloud
- Support Citrix NetScaler infrastructure, including load balancing, GSLB, authentication, and SSL offloading
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Citrix solutions with other IT systems and applications
- Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of Citrix-related issues
- Develop and maintain documentation for Citrix configurations, processes, and procedures
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to Citrix
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members
- Requirements:Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Citrix administration and engineering
- Expertise in supporting multiple Citrix XenApp (CVAD), and Citrix Cloud environments atleast at an L2 level
- Proficiency in configuring and maintaining Citrix NetScaler ADC appliances
- Strong understanding of virtualization and networking concepts
- Solid experience with Windows Server operating systems and Active Directory
- Working knowledge on automation and scripting tools such as Powershell
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues independently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Good to Have:Worked in a highly regulated environment
