Job Title: Senior Program Manager/Transformation Lead

Location: Bangalore

Experience Required: 20+ years

Role Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced to Senior Program Manager/Transformation Lead for transformation of our application operations landscape. The ideal candidate will leverage the COE team, Delivery team, Account Management team to ensure that the program is completed within the scheduled with quantifiable value additions to the clients

Job Responsibilities:

• Generate a plan for the various transformation stream
• Work with the COE teams to come with the solution/use cases for the various transformation steams
• Work with COE/Account management/Customer to build the POC
• Build the development team for each of the transformation steams
• Develop the use cases identified in each of the transformation streams leveraging the development team
• Generate period status report/dashboards for Senior management and flag any risks and dependencies.
• Quantify and measure the outcomes Tangible and non-tangible that need to be shared with the stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Industry Experience of over 20+ Years.
• Relevant Program management experience of 10+ Years.
• Has managed large Transformation initiatives around Automation with Industry best practices.
• Program Management experience driving large programs.
• Effective Communication and tracking 6. Strong Stakeholder management skills
• Have prior experience on the entire Application development lifecycle Good to have
• a. Has knowledge on Gen AIAI and ML streams.
• b. Application life cycle management.
