Position: Sr. Manager - Projects

What is the role?

You will identify, manage, drive & implement key strategic projects for overall operational excellence in Supply Chain through cross functional collaborations and strong stakeholder management, while working with Global & Regional colleagues.

Key Responsibilities & Goals:

- Ideate, conceptualize and execute strategic projects for sustainable value creation in business.

- Being in close contact with Customer, Market Reach and strategic accounts to provide better experience to Customers.

- Being business partner for various management teams as specialist in logistics & create strategic roadmap for services and digital approach and implementation of best practices.

- Experience Exchange with global and regional logistics teams on services, best practices, etc. and align on focus topics to drive in India.

- Identify opportunities for digitalization in Supply Chain and execute transformation projects

- Assessment of new technologies available in market, vendor assessment, selection and onboarding

- Responsible for driving automation agenda in supply chain with a team of operations analysts

- Annual and rolling budgets for logistics and continuous steering of cost productivity.

- Support in auditing process by frequent monitoring of ongoing processes and proactively drive continuous improvement processes across logistics function.

What essential knowledge, experiences and skills you need for this role?

- Min 6 years of experience in supply chain; consulting experience is preferred

- In-depth understanding of supply chain processes and the interfaces to the other functions

- Experience in handling digital transformation projects and knowledge of ERP systems

- Resourceful in systematic problem solving, Lean Approach and analytical thinking

- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills

- Ability to manage projects and tasks of high complexity and can lead cross functional team

- Result oriented, willingness to change, innovative and proactive
