Designation: Sr. Manager / AGM - Plant HR

Location: Bengaluru

Experience: 12-15 Years

Education qualification: MSW in HR

Must have recent experience in Garment / Apparel industry.

Must be able to speak in Kannada Fluently.

Roles and responsibilities:

• To be accountable for recruitment and retention of personnel.
• To address and resolve complaints or grievances.
• To analyze the root cause of problems/complaints related to Administration system, to suggest and implement the remedial measures, along with the Head - HRD
• To co-ordinate for socio-legal compliance activities and to ensure that it is maintained at all plants.
• To liaise with the officials from the State and Central Government bodies, Associations, Community leaders, certifying bodies, Consultants etc. in absence of Head- HRD.
• To ensure compliance to all the statutory requirements expected of the factory.
• To be part of building the brand image of the organization by participating in the social activities organized.
• To help in the submission of all returns according to statutory requirements.
• To implement lean management initiatives or facilitate the same, under the guidance of the management.
• To facilitate staff motivation programs for all operators depending on their grade.
• To facilitate training programs for all operators depending on their grade.
• To monitor the overall activities of HRD.
• Effective Team Management.

Skills required

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Kannada
