The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives.
They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Responsibilities:
- Training and Development.
- Recruitment and Selection.
- Employee onboarding, development, needs assessment, and training;.
- Developing, revising, and recommending personnel policies and procedures.
- Maintaining and revising the company's handbook on policies and procedures.
- Maintaining department records and reports.
- Recommending new policies, approaches, and procedures.
- Performance management and improvement systems;.
- Compensation and benefits administration;.
- Implementing and revising a company's compensation program.
- Conducting annual salary surveys.
- Developing, analyzing, and updating the company's salary budget.
- Creating and revising job descriptions.
- Overseeing recruitment efforts for all personnel, including writing and placing job ads.
- Conducting new employee orientations and employee relations counseling.
- Overseeing exit interviews.
- Business Meetings.
- Team's quarterly meeting on KPI with rating and monthly meeting to be done.
Key Role:
- Candidate should act as a bridge between recruitment and HR Operation team.
- Candidate should handle 90% of Operation Strategist role and 10% recruitment role.
- He/She directly reporting to HR Head or Director of the company.
Location : Gift City, Gandhinagar, Shift Time - 8:30am to 5:30pm.
Experience : 10 to 15 years.
Industry : Service Industry.
