The ideal candidate will be responsible for overall daily service operations and developing local business channels. Will be responsible to manage customer complaints, staff hiring and development and vendor/franchise for the territory/geography to achieve projected revenue.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Ensure timely completion of tasks related to loan processing, documentation, and disbursement.
  
• Plan and execute BTL activities such as brand activations, promotions, and events to drive business growth.
  
• Develop and implement strategies for customer acquisition and retention through effective cross-functional coordination.
  
• Oversee stakeholder management with branch teams, sales executives, and other departments to ensure seamless coordination.
  
• Manage daily operations of the cluster, ensuring efficient collection of home samples from various locations across region.
