About the Role :

The Senior DevOps Engineer will play a critical role in maintaining and optimizing our cloud infrastructure across multiple applications and environments.

You will lead efforts to enhance system efficiency, ensure shorter development cycles, and address deployment failures, rollbacks, and recovery times.

The role also involves maintaining code repositories, running security scans, and leveraging open-source tools to uphold system reliability.

Key Responsibilities :

- Building efficient and reusable applications and abstractions.

- Driving design, implementation, and support of large-scale infrastructure. You will participate in the design and implementation phases for new and existing products

- Dive deep to resolve problems at their root and troubleshoot services related to the big data stack in our Linux infrastructure.

- Developing policies and procedures that improve overall platform stability and participate in shared on-call schedules.

- Ensure that post-production operational processes/deliverables are well designed and implemented prior to the project moving into the solution support phase.

- Enhance and maintain our monitoring infrastructure.

- Develop automation tools for managing our on-premises infrastructure.

- Define and create development procedures, processes, and scripts to drive a standard software development lifecycle.

- Assist in the evaluation, selection, and implementation of new technologies with product teams to

ensure adherence to architecture guidelines for new technology introduction.

- Provide technical leadership in establishing standards and guidelines.

- Facilitate collaboration between development and operations teams throughout the application lifecycle.
