 About The Role : 

The ServiceNow developer specializing in the ITSM module will be responsible for designing ; developing; and maintaining features.

The incumbent should have an advanced expertise in JavaScript programming

The ability to create reports; dashboards; including Performance Analytics and prepare package and component deliveries; and a good understanding of HTML and Angular technologies.

Manage tables; forms; business rules; system configuration

Develop and maintain client-side scripts and server-side scripts on the ServiceNow platform.

Create Business Rules and Scripted REST APIs to automate processes and enhance operational efficiency.

Design and generate relevant reports to highlight information.

Utilize the Performance Analytics tool to analyse data and identify potential improvements
