Senior Engineer Contracts

• Entire process of Contracts department is being monitored in terms of Resources Deploy, Rate Finalization, Issue Work Order to Contractor through system.
• Finalize the Rates by taking market survey & analyzing the rates. Preparation of Rate Analysis of various work items.
• Float inquiries, Collect quote and making Comparative Statement for final costing & rates.
• Actual working Rate list for Estimation/Tender Dept. for Tender quote.
• Prepare & issue Work Order to contractor as per approved format, with rate, Scope of work specification, & terms and conditions. and Assessment of work order progress and generating progress reports for quarterly Presentations.
• Develop & cater capable & proficient contractors to execute work.
• Mobilization of initial site setup in terms of Manpower, Machinery & Material.
• Selection and evaluation of contractors, service providers &Vendor Handling as per Drawing & as per higher authority instruction.
• Providing technical support to junior engineers and addressing the problems of other technical staff engaged at sites.
• Regular follow-up with site & contractor for Progress of the work.
• Coordinating with Projects In charge for amendment of work orders & for further contract details.
• Site Visit & meetings with contractors.
• New material / Brand for (M+L) mock up at site and get approved from Client/management for new project EPC.
• Preparation of DPR, DLR, Monthly Presentation etc.
