- Define and document QP framework including:
- Policy / standards / procedures
- Control design incl. assessment of overlaps with existing MRM and bank controls (TADs/EUDA)
- Templates to support independent reviews
- KIs / reporting
- Application of above to pilots and finalise framework
- Support defining operating processes and documentation to conduct initial reviews post publication of framework
