Senior Associate Finance and Accounts

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Executive with at least one year of experience in ERP systems, bank reconciliation, and accounts payable/receivable activities. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Oracle ERP, advanced Excel functions, and have a strong understanding of cash management and central pooling activities for bank accounts. Key Responsibilities:

• ERP Management: Utilize ERP systems, especially Oracle, to process and manage financial transactions, generate reports, and ensure the accuracy of accounting data.
• Bank Reconciliation: Prepare and manage monthly bank reconciliation by matching company records with bank statements. Identify discrepancies and work towards resolution.
• Central Pooling of Bank Accounts: Assist in the centralization of company bank accounts for effective cash management and ensure proper liquidity levels are maintained.
• AP/AR Management: Assist in the processing of accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) transactions. Bifurcate payments and receipts accurately and ensure timely processing.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the finance team, vendors, and customers to resolve any financial discrepancies and ensure smooth operations.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in ERP systems (Oracle ERP experience is a plus).
• Strong knowledge of bank reconciliation processes and central pooling activities.
• Understanding of accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data analysis, and macros.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a team and manage time effectively.

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Certification in Oracle ERP or any relevant financial certification is a plus.
