Security Manager

Role & responsibilities

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of our security operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Navy, Army, or Air Force, bringing a wealth of knowledge and expertise in security protocols, risk management, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive security policies, protocols, and procedures.
• Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities.
• Oversee the installation and maintenance of security systems, including surveillance cameras, alarms, and access control systems.
• Coordinate and manage security personnel, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Respond to security incidents and emergencies, providing leadership and direction to ensure swift and effective resolution.
• Liaise with law enforcement agencies, emergency services, and other relevant organizations.
• Prepare and present detailed reports on security operations, incidents, and improvements.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a security management role, preferably with a background in the Navy, Army, or Air Force.
• Strong knowledge of security protocols, risk management, and emergency response procedures.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in security systems and technology.
• Relevant certifications in security management or related fields are a plus.

Preferred candidate profile

• Candidates with experience in the Navy, Army, or Air Force are highly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to apply military training and experience to civilian security operations.
