Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive sales and expand our client base in Gujarat, Maharashtra and Odisha . The role involves lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue growth by offering security guarding, electronic surveillance, housekeeping, and facility management services to businesses across industries.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Business Development:

  • Identify and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and industry events.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, property managers, and decision-makers.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities in security & facility management services.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and service agreements.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

2. Client Management & Retention:

  • Build long-term relationships with key clients to ensure business retention.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client queries, complaints, and escalations.
  • Ensure high client satisfaction through regular engagement and feedback collection.

3. Contract Negotiation & Compliance:

  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements that align with company objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for security and facility services.

4. Coordination & Reporting:

  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, HR, and finance) for smooth service delivery.
  • Maintain and update CRM records, sales reports, and pipeline tracking.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor analysis.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Min. 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, security services, or facility management sales.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/ERP softwares.
  • Ability to work independently and meet revenue targets.
  • Willingness to travel as required.

Preferred Experience:

  • Prior experience in selling security guarding, and integrated facility management solutions.
  • Exposure to industries like corporate offices, residential complexes, malls, hospitals, hotels and manufacturing units.
