Job Description

Handle questions related to existing CRM and support functionality. Provide professional, timely and quality support to our customer queries.

Participate in project and application management duties to improve our internal tools and external client experience .

C onduct User Acceptance Testing with a high level of scrutiny ensuring successful project delivery

Run reports and dashboards for client interaction monitoring and for monthly department reporting

Work with stakeholders to understand procedures and workflow guides. Ensure materials and guides are up to date.

Help drive any key initiatives aligned to our customer or CS team s need. And work with a LEAN mindset.

Ideal candidate is expected to have :

An undergraduate degree, or certification in a related field, and possess strong quantitative, analytical and interpretive skills.

Salesforce end user experience

Beginner to intermediate in MS office tools

Strong organization, prioritization, problem identification, and problem-solving skills to manage workflows.

A focus on improving the service we deliver to our clients

Enterprise Mindset (think beyond the individual role)

What We re Looking For:

Basic Qualifications:

An undergraduate degree on Business, Computer Science, Software, or any related field.

Preferably 1- 2 years of experience in a customer service environment.

Must possess strong quantitative, analytical and interpretive skills.

Good communication skills ( v erbal and w ritten) and be able to articulate the problems and provide comprehensive solutions

The candidate should possess strong organization, prioritization, problem identification, and problem-solving skills to manage internal workflows and client communication.
