Job Description
- You will play a crucial role in the team and the organization by professionally addressing client inquiries with analytical insight, showcasing your comprehensive knowledge of our tools, data, and the sectors we cover.
- As a Product Consultant, you will guide clients towards the most effective methods to achieve high-quality results, enabling you to blend your product expertise with a deep understanding of our clients and their usage of our tools. - You will begin in a frontline position, working alongside various levels of the team.
- This role offers transparency and growth opportunities outside the department due to regular interactions with sales and product management.

- Address inquiries from data feed clients.
- Deliver professional, timely, and high-quality support for our feed-based products.
- Accurately and promptly track client issues in our Client Relationship Management system (Salesforce).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client concerns and direct improvement requests to the appropriate teams.
- A Master s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Familiarity with MS Office applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Understanding of corporate accounting statements such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- A collaborative team player with good interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic work environment and shift changes.
- A strong desire and capability for continuous learning.
- Knowledge of various asset classes such as equity, fixed income, private equity, and mutual funds.
- Experience with SQL is an advantage.
