Job Description
- Working Hours: 7:30 pm to 4:30 am Indian Time
- Responsible for handling the complete recruitment life cycle for Direct Clients in the US.
- Develop action plans/recruiting strategies to identify qualified candidates through various job portals and networking websites.
- Responsible for handling different types of IT requirements
- Understand the clients requirements and arrive at a hiring plan
- Write and post technical job descriptions
- Source potential candidates from all platforms.
- Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes
- Perform per-screening calls to analyze the applicants abilities
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science is highly preferred
- Should have good Communication Skills
- Must be sound with Office Apps.
- The ideal candidate will be highly driven with superior communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be self-motivated and must possess a good attitude.
- Should be able to deliver results in a fast-paced & metrics-driven environment.
- Candidate must have a clear understanding of benefits, compensation, US Visa/ employment types, and terms like W2, US Citizen, GC, OPT, etc
