About the Company: Our client is a leading manufacturer and supplier of plywood sheets, laminate sheets, flush doors, fiberboard, and veneer sheets in various designs and costs.
Must Have:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Project sales/B2B Sales/Government sales.
- Comfortable with Mumbai location.
- Candidates from Building Material/chemical industry preferred.

Working Location: Mumbai
Division: Channel and Project sales (Majorly)
Reporting to: Branch Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets: Ensure the achievement of primary and secondary targets for the designated areas.
- Relationship management: Maintain relationships with key stakeholders such as Dealers, Retailers, and Influencers (AID/DMI) with the help of the team.
- Regular market visits: Guide the frontline sales team and maintain connections with stakeholders through regular market visits.
- People management: Review, train, coach, and mentor the frontline sales team.
- Feedback and grievance redressal: Address feedback and grievances of major stakeholders (Dealer/Retailers/AID/DMI).
Qualification: Any Graduate
