JOB SUMMARY
As the Recruitment Advisor Responsible for managing a set of accounts, independently, within a Practice or a Business Unit. The position would be responsible for effective execution of assignments, primarily at middle level & on-time collections. The role envisages complete responsibility for driving successful deliveries of the accounts, in keeping with the annual business plans.
Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing and Placement:
- Supporting your Team Manager and help scout the right fit candidates as per the client's requirement.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to making successful placements.
- Utilize industry knowledge and market insights to identify and attract top talent.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Clearly & unambiguously understand each assignment & its key deliverables.
- Carry out independent search utilizing all laid out search tools & methodologies.
- Interview & assess candidate fitment along with the team manager.
- Schedule multiple interviews & carry out all necessary follow up with clients.
- Assisting team manager in Leading each position to successful closure through effective negotiations with both client & candidate which would involve guidance & counselling on role fitment, career opportunities, compensation & long-term mutual benefits.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in any stream.
- 2 + years of experience in recruitment, with a track record of success in mid management roles.
- In-depth knowledge of the FMCG, D2C & Startup's job market and trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
