Sciometrix - Manager - Accounting & Controllership (6-10 yrs)

- We are looking for a highly skilled Manager in our accounting and controllership team to take charge of accounting, cost control, and profitability improvement for the company.

- The ideal candidate will possess a strong financial acumen and an analytical mindset to guide the -organization toward achieving its growth objectives while improving financial outcomes.

- This role is pivotal in ensuring that while the company's revenue continues to grow, expenses are tightly controlled, and EBITDA is enhanced.

- Accounting & Financial Reporting - Oversee and manage all accounting functions, including general ledger, financial statements, and month-end closing processes.

- Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory standards, maintaining accurate financial records.

- Lead financial reporting, reconciliations, and audits to ensure data integrity.

- Prepare and analyze financial statements, identifying trends and opportunities for cost optimization.

- Evaluate and enhance accounting and accounts payable processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and automation.

- Identify and implement ERP and financial software solutions to streamline operations (e. , QuickBooks, Salesforce, NetSuite). Drive process standardization and best practices across finance functions.

- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure regulatory compliance.

- Conduct financial risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies.

- Oversee tax compliance and liaise with external auditors and consultants.
