- Master the Cost calculation of each cost element during Offer Creation Process
- Master the Consolidated standard cost, Cost to Deliver, Transfer Price and their applications

- Management star products from very early phase (Innovate/BCV phase) Master sensitivity analysis (RMI / QTY / Hourly rate ) Master complex PostSell (several plants geographies) / Able to forecast the cost trend and gap, consider the RMI and inflation Appropriate efficient communication Manage product Margin Benchmark with competitor product
- Do reverse engineering to assess competitor product cost
- Advise on advantage weakness regarding cost versus features performance Lead workshops on Design to cost
