Job Description
Qualification: B.E/ B.TECH/BIO MEDICAL ENGINEER
- Defining and managing service level agreements with customers
- Directing service tasks, monitoring the progress of current projects/installation, and managing service team members to ensure the team s objectives.
- Handling customer complaints.
- Ensuring the sub-ordinate addressing the problem/complaints and providing of solution to customers.
- Maintaining strong relationships with customers, Service dealers.
- Assigning tasks to Engineers, service dealer throughout each workday that are based on CRM, Manpower availability and customer priority
- Auditing work and customer service to ensure the company s high standards, efficiency, and servicing goals to meet.
- Helping to train new engineers in company procedures, handling on product knowledge incl. Technical and applications.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Computer literacy, good organizational skills and Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Service revenue & collection.
- The ability to work under pressure and handle stress.
