Manager - R & D

• He will primarily work as part of the product development team providing the Hardware Platform for different vertical product lines.
• This person will also work with cross functional team to measure and test the performance of designs. Launch the product.
• Experience in EDA schematic design tools for PCB schematic creation, supporting physical/Layout design activity, verification, hardware bring-up and validation will be required
• Experience in EMC Solutions will be required
• Experience with Medical Diagnostic Solutions is desirable
• Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to triage and resolve complex hardware issues, working seamlessly with other engineers on problem investigation will be essential
• Experience with IGBT/MosFET/Thyristor applications such as motor control, current control drives, SMPS design
• In-depth knowledge of Microcontroller/Microprocessor based designs and debugging the same
• Understanding of medical device standards like IEC,ISO,BIS is an added value
• Work closely with multiple teams and groups including Product Development, Project Management, Sourcing, Product Marketing and Quality Assurance, etc
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to develop and qualify products to meet specification, reliability and regulatory
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Engineering (ECE or equivalent) with CGPA of 7.0 or above
• The candidate should have 8 to 15 years of experience.

Skills

• Possesses strong skills in Analog and Digital electronics.
• Analyze design with SPICE simulation and calculation.
• Exposure in Component Engineering.
• Good understanding of EMI/EMC and their impact on hardware is mandatory.
• Testing skills to meet functional and environmental requirement.
• Capable to redesign and start from scratch to deliver quality product to Market.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical assemblies
