Job Description

Location - Gurugram (On Site)

Responsibilities

As a Senior Developer in Saxo Bank, you will:

Be responsible for architecture and delivery of functionality which meet stakeholder needs in Finance.
Participate in an agile development process with emphasis on taking personal ownership and responsibility for your deliveries.
Be working with a high-performance team, which focus on technical professionalism and quality in deliveries

YOUR PROFILE

As a person you come across as team-player who is professional, analytical, solution-oriented, positive and energetic.

Further we are looking for a candidate with the following professional competencies:

We are looking 7-10 years experience into Dotnet development.
Hands-on experience on .Net, C#, Services and SQL development.
Experience in concepts like multi-threading, Kafka, Radis, Containers, NuGet, git and Visual Studio.
Good practical exposure to release activities, source control, merging and branching concepts
Ability to grasp complex business requirements and come up with technical solutions to meet the business needs
Individual contributor and ability to perform with minimum guidance.
Solid work ethics and dependability.
Ability to clearly communicate and articulate views and thoughts openly to stakeholders at all levels.
Ability and interest to learn new technologies, especially cloud based.
Knowledge of or interest in financial trading.
Experience in any message bus is a plus.

Work life balance is good . No one will ask to work you on weekends or late after 5. There is open culture and you would have monthly connect with your leader.

If you are a developer you would be restricted to very small area or own small modules . You won’t be getting chance to work on platform (application level tasks ) . You would feel that you are not sure how things are working and just need to use what is being provided by their main framework or UI team.
