Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage counter sales activities, including handling customer queries, resolving issues, and upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
  
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer questions about features, benefits, and care instructions.
  
• Provide expert advice on jewelry products to customers, ensuring they find the perfect piece that meets their needs and preferences.
  
• Develop strong relationships with customers through personalized service and exceptional communication skills.
  
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to showroom success.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-5 years of experience in any retail sales or related field.
  
• Understanding of luxury items, fashion retail will ne an added advantage.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers.
