Job Title: SAP SD Consultant

Experience: 3 to 6 Years

Job Location : Hyderabad.

• Experience of 3 to 6 years in SAP along with strong sales domain in any of the industries like FMCG, Retail, Trading, Automobile, Retail, Pharma, Cement, Textiles.
• Minimum of 4 full SAP E2E implementation experience with at-least 2 implementations on SAP SD in a lead role.
• Leadership experience, minimum 3 years in a team lead role. Must be able to communicate effectively with Senior Management / Clients
• S/4 HANA Functional knowledge/Experience
• SAP Configuration skills in SD Module along with strong integration exposure with PP/MM/FI
• Solid understanding of SAP data model in SD
• Strong consulting skills and business knowledge to assist clients in the SAP OTC area
• Configuration of Credit Management (FSCM), financial documents (LC, BG) and Rebate management.
• Configuration of third party, consignment Sales processes and Stock Transport Order
• Ability to write detailed functional specifications for outputs, interfaces and custom functionalities
• Knowledge in User exits, BAPI and uploading tools like LSMW, BDC & LTMC.
• Should have worked on domestic projects with GST taxation
• SAP Certification in SAP SD module is an advantage
• Ability to manage expectations with the project team and client
• Ability to guide & mentor the respective module consultants on managing the solution and design
• Design and apply enterprise system and application solutions to meet business objectives
• Flexibility to work across and between multiple projects (it is key to not end up becoming a doer but stay as a designer and leader)
• Understanding of the importance of follow up and documentation of results
• Trusted advisor to the project team (itelligence and customer)
• Ability to lead and design the solutions and follow-up on completion of tasks by project teams
• Credibility toward the client is based on industry, business and SAP product knowledge. Use this credibility to advice client and guide the client towards the best project solution
• Ability to explain abstract and complex solutions in a way that the customer understands
• Ability to be the bearer of the bad news
• Ability to interact with C-level executives
• Provide clear insight into challenges with project to itelligence management team on a timely basis (Stop the Line)
• Review and provide written feedback of solutions that have been designed with/without Solution architect - involvement at certain milestones of a project
• Create a list of critical functionality by industry; Focus on the critical functional/technical areas
• Follow up on execution/adherence of proposed solution on a regular basis with escalation to itelligence management team for deviations
• Mitigate future risks by addressing them early on pro-active
• Utilize the trusted advisor position to influence the client

Eligibility Criteria: Graduate of either B.E. / B.Tech in Engineering, Computer Applications, MBA
