WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Data Modeling & Visualization: Develop and implement data models, visualizations, and dashboards in SAP Analytics Cloud to meet business requirements and improve decision-making.
• Report Development: Design, develop, and maintain interactive reports, dashboards, and scorecards in SAP BusinessObjects, ensuring they are efficient, scalable, and user-friendly.
• Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their analytics needs, gather and analyze business requirements, and translate them into technical solutions.
• Data Integration: Work with data sources to ensure accurate and consistent data is available in SAC and BusinessObjects, utilizing ETL tools or data connections as needed.
• Performance Optimization: Optimize performance in both SAC and BusinessObjects environments, including report optimization and efficient data retrieval processes.
• Testing & Validation: Conduct testing, debugging, and validation to ensure solutions meet requirements and adhere to best practices in data accuracy and visualization.
• Documentation: Prepare technical documentation and user guides for developed reports and dashboards. Maintain documentation on configurations, changes, and troubleshooting processes.
• Training & Support: Provide training and ongoing support to end-users, helping them effectively utilize SAC and BusinessObjects tools and reports.
• Required Skills and Qualifications
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and SAP BusinessObjects development.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong expertise in SAC data modeling, dashboard creation, and story development. Advanced skills in SAP BusinessObjects report development Web Intelligence (WebI)
• Data Management: Proficient in database concepts, SQL, and working with various data sources such as SAP BW, HANA, and other data sources.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex business data requirements and translate them into efficient, insightful reports and dashboards.
• Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills and a track record of quickly identifying and resolving issues in data integration and report performance.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience gathering requirements from and training business users.
• Certifications: SAP certification in SAC, BusinessObjects, or related technologies is a plus.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• 3-5 years of working experience in SAC and Business Objects as the requirement
• Knowledge of SAP BW and SAP HANA: Experience with data warehousing concepts, data flows, and extraction in BW and HANA environments.
• Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development practices.
• Experience with SAC and Business Objects as primary skills
• Experience with SAP HANA and Datasphere is a plus
• Strong knowledge of SAP Ariba, Business Network and Procurement Cloud solutions.
• Understanding of data modelling concepts and best practices
• Experience with data visualization tools
• Proficiency in SQL or other relational database languages. Able to independently write SQL Stored Procedures.
• Understanding of SAP data warehousing solutions
• Understanding of IT Security Concepts
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Understanding of data loading and transformation concepts
• Strong planner and organizer with demonstrated ability to master new concepts quickly, incorporate the latest technologies and develop business solutions that increase efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
• Superior written / communication skills and focus on detail.
• Experience working in an agile team environment.
