Job Description:
We seek a dynamic and skilled IT and digital Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in software handling, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing social media accounts, and expertise in AI and MIS tools. The ideal candidate should also have expertise in website development and management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot software and hardware systems.
• Maintain IT infrastructure, including computers, networks, and security systems.
• Develop, manage, and update company websites.
• Handle and optimize social media accounts for digital engagement.
• Utilize AI tools to enhance productivity and automate tasks.
• Work with MIS tools for data analysis and reporting.
• Ensure cybersecurity best practices and data protection compliance.
• Provided technical support to employees and troubleshot IT issues.
• Stay updated with the latest technological trends and innovations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of software installation, troubleshooting, and system management.
• Expertise in hardware troubleshooting and networking.
• Hands-on experience in website development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress, etc.).
• Familiarity with AI tools and automation technologies.
• Experience in managing social media accounts and digital content.
• Knowledge of MIS tools for data management and reporting.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
