Role & responsibilities



Sales Leadership & Strategy:

Team Management & Performance Optimization:

  • • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team to exceed sales targets.
  • • Implement training programs, performance evaluations, and incentive structures.
  • • Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous learning.

High-Value Deal Negotiation & Client Relations:

  • • Lead complex negotiations and high-value property transactions.
  • • Ensure exceptional customer experience and relationship management.
  • • Collaborate with legal, finance, and marketing teams to streamline the sales process.

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment:

  • • Work closely with the marketing team to align sales campaigns with lead generation

Efforts.

  • • Coordinate with the operations and finance departments to ensure seamless

Transactions.

  • • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking

Opportunities.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • • 18+ years of experience in real estate sales with a proven track record of success.
  • • Expertise in luxury real estate, commercial sales, residential projects, and

Investment properties.

  • • Strong leadership, strategic planning, negotiation, and networking skills.
  • • In-depth knowledge of real estate laws, market trends, and competitive analysis.

• Experience in CRM software, sales automation tools, and digital marketing

Strategies.

  • • Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, target-driven sales environment
