Graduate Engineer (Mechanical/Chemical or similar stream) having good technical back ground and willing to travel. He should have good relation building skills who can develope new business opportunities and support distributors for new business development and retaining existing business. A person with acumen to understand application and suggest suitable product to customers. He should have patience to conduct trials , prepare cost justifications and prepare offer for customers. Finally , he should be Growth Oriented and work Must Win attitude.
