Job Title: Sales Director - F & A Sales


Location: Gurugram/Mumbai/Pune/GIFT City Gandhinagar

Timing: 12.30pm to 09.30pm IST for UK/ 5.30pm TO 2.30am IST for US

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Director with deep experience in Finance & Accounting sales to join our team and drive growth in this highly competitive market.


Position Overview:
As the Sales Director, you will be responsible for leading and executing our sales strategy within the Finance & Accounting domain. You will leverage your expertise in F&A sales to build strong client relationships, identify business opportunities, and accelerate revenue growth for the organization.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the sales team to develop and execute a comprehensive F&A sales strategy that drives growth and market penetration.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders in the Finance & Accounting industry, including CFOs, finance directors, and other decision-makers.
  • Drive business development by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities within the F&A space, including B2B sales, outsourcing, consulting, and technology solutions.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and delivery teams to tailor offerings that meet the unique needs of clients in the finance and accounting industry.
  • Set sales goals, track performance metrics, and ensure successful achievement of revenue targets.
  • Manage and mentor the sales team to foster a high-performance culture focused on results and client satisfaction.
  • Develop and deliver persuasive presentations to C-level executives and senior stakeholders.
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes within the finance and accounting landscape.

Qualifications:

  • Proven 10+ years of experience in sales leadership within the Finance & Accounting industry (e.g., F&A outsourcing, financial software solutions, accounting advisory, etc.).
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets, ideally in a B2B environment.
  • Deep understanding of the F&A sales cycle, client needs, and industry dynamics.
  • Strong network within the finance and accounting sector.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • A consultative sales approach with the ability to solve complex client challenges.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
