Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect potential leads through various channels including cold calling, emails, and social media.
  • Qualify inbound leads and convert them into sales appointments.
  • Conduct thorough research on potential clients to tailor outreach strategies effectively.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments for account executives.
  • Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system accurately.
  • Engage in follow-up communications to nurture prospective leads.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align lead generation strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver informative presentations to prospects.
  • Track, measure, and analyze outreach efforts to optimize processes.
  • Attend industry networking events to connect with potential clients.
  • Identify and analyze target accounts and key decision-makers.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to exceed monthly quotas.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and assist in problem resolution.
  • Provide insights and feedback to the sales team on customer needs and market trends.
  • Maintain a positive and energetic attitude while promoting company initiatives.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales development or similar roles.
  • Strong ability to communicate ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ambitious and self-motivated with a strong desire for success.
  • Willingness to learn about new products and market trends.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and a dynamic work environment.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment.
