Looking For HR Operations Executive - MALE Candidates (NIGHT Shifts)

Role & responsibilities :

• Looking for 5+yrs of experience in HR Operations
• Handle end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, orientation, and offboarding. employee exits, including final settlements, clearance, and exit interviews.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
• Work with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
• Maintain and update the HR Information System (HRIS) with employee information and organizational changes.
• Generate reports and analyze HR data to provide insights into workforce trends and improvement areas.

Preferred candidate profile :

• Looking for MALE CANDIDATE ONLY
• Required high proficient in MIS, Reports with excellent communication skills
• Should flexible for working in Night Shifts
• Notice period should be one month or less than 1 month
